Collage 1.7.1

A couple minor bugs crept into Collage when we released version 1.7 a few weeks ago. And there's no time like the present to fix those last few imperfections. Hopefully most people won't notice the changes, but a few probably will. If you use Collage on a regular basis you should definitely download this release. It fixes two known problems and also cleans up its memory more efficiently.
Fixes:
1. The Footer will now retain its formatting when both Header and Footer have paragraph justification applied.
2. The Add Link button should now be enabled when it needs to be.
3. Memory used for export should be reduced for large sites.
